LENS WARRANTY
All of our polycarbonate lenses have the scratch resistant coating. However, any lens can scratch if not cared for properly. Visual Eyes Optical will replace each lens one time within 12 months from date of purchase with the same prescription.

FRAME WARRANTY
Visual Eyes Optical warranties all current complete frames for children within a two year period from date of purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges). We must have all broken parts. The warranty for all other frames is one year. This warranty does not include misuse. The manufacturer will only warrant against defects and damage resulting from normal wear.
